When you contact us

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional organization, and project context. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work with you. Please do not include passwords, sensitive research data, or confidential client records.

Delivery and hosting

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver your message. Technical request information may appear in service logs for reliability and abuse prevention. Inquiry content is delivered to StrongStart’s inbox.

Privacy and accessibility choices

Auditor provides the privacy and accessibility controls on this site. Privacy choices lets you accept, reject, or change optional storage preferences. Optional categories start off. The site currently has no analytics or advertising tags; choosing to allow a category does not add those services.

Your browser remembers your consent and accessibility preferences. Auditor records consent choices with their date, policy version, and a browser identifier so those choices can be tracked. Essential storage supports the controls and features you request. Accessibility settings let you adjust text, contrast, link visibility, focus, and motion, and reset those adjustments whenever you wish.

Website feedback

Choosing “Leave feedback” loads StrongStart’s feedback tool. It records comments with the page address and the part of the page they refer to. Feedback may include a page preview. Signing in lets you participate in the conversation, and the tool stores session and display preferences in your browser. Comments may be visible to other visitors who open feedback; please keep them about the public website and leave out confidential information. For a private conversation, use the inquiry form or email StrongStart.

Marketing

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. This site does not require a marketing opt-in to start a conversation.
